According to Article 168 of the Administrative Procedure Act, every citizen is entitled to present to competent authorities petitions with respect to the proposals on administrative innovations and reforms, inquiries about the administrative laws and regulations, reports on acts in breach of the law or neglect of administrative duties or protection of the people's rights and interests in administration. Notwithstanding, any proposals unrelated to the authority, emotional expressions and malicious attacks or abuses will not be accepted by the Home in accordance with Article 173 of the same Act:

No., address or email address) in your letter as the basis for our acceptance of the case. Where we find that the information is defective, incomplete or false, we will reject the petition accordingly. Please rest assured that we will protect the information identified by you in the manner referred to in the “Personal Information Protection Act” and we will never disclose the information to the public or use the information for any purposes other than communication with the responsible unit for business.

Our mailroom staff will collect the emails from citizens uniformly and then send them to the responsible divisions/offices for processing within the specific time limit, upon assigning serial number to the mails and recording such. After that, the citizens’ opinion will be answered upon the relevant supervisor’s approval.
